Litigone aggregates from authoritative sources — the Lands Commission, court registries, OASL, and licensed surveyors. Every result shows you where the data came from and when it was last updated. We don't interpret or edit what's on record — you see exactly what the source says.

Litigone is a first check, not a final answer. For high-value transactions, we recommend pairing it with a lawyer's due diligence. Many of our Pro and Business users are lawyers themselves — the app makes their work faster, it doesn't replace it.

If we can't return a verified result for a parcel — because it's not in the registry, or the source data is incomplete — the check doesn't count against your quota. You only pay for results we can deliver.
